REVIEW: Dong Ji Fried Kway Teow and Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee

Exploring old airport road food centre. Must try dong ji fried kway teow and nam sing hokkien fried mee!! 

Dong Ji Fried Kway Teow sells really yummy fried kway teow with strong wok hei. They only used the flat rice noodles which soaked up all the flavors from fresh seafood such as cockles and prawns. There are also lup cheong, bean sprouts, fish cakes, chives and pork lard mixed in all the goodness.

Nam Sing Hokkien Fried Mee is just the kind of hokkien mee that i love!! If you read my past reviews on hokkien mee, you will know that i like mine moist. They got it right! I remember coming here before and they were sold out just slightly after lunch time. They have a mixture of thin vermicelli and thick yellow noodles. What's best about Nam Sing is their rich seafood broth which makes their hokkien mee yummy.
