Ivan's Carbina - Western food store that sells Rosti!

Thought i would write about this since i'm gonna be leaving my workplace at Woodlands soon and chances are low of me returning to eat this. I discovered this store through the burpple app and saw that they sell Rosti. TBH, i have never saw other western food store at coffee shop or hawker center selling this other than Marche. You have a choice to pair it with a main dish like chicken chop or sausages. They also sell a variety of other food items like the usual pastas, chicken cutlets, fries, etc. 

The sauces provided isn't a lot though but the rosti is really good. As you can see from the pictures, the exterior is crispy but not overly charred and the potatoes are quite soft inside. Very yummy! Do check it out if you're in woodlands or looking to try something new for lunch if you work in woodlands.
