Simple Meals at Home

I wanted to up my protein intake so i bought 2 packets of chicken fillet from Fair price. 

1) Udon in lobster broth with 7-11 Onsen eggs, chicken fillet in teriyaki sauce, oyster mushroom. baby corn and broccoli. 

2) Turmeric Rice with tomatoes, chicken fillet in teriyaki sauce, baby carrots, enoki mushroom and broccoli. I added red pepper powder, tomatoes, cinnamon, and cumin to the rice, thus the rice was slightly flavorful now. Still dk how to make authentic briyani rice. lol
