Another cafe exploration at the Bukit Timah Area. This cafe is relatively new and people have been posting shiploads of photos on Instagram about this cafe. Atlas Coffeehouse is helmed by the group behind Assembly Coffee. This new cafe is also not far from Unisim and the nearest MRT station is Farrer Park MRT or Botanical Garden MRT. ATLAS coffeehouse has a huge space with window seats and tables seating throughout.

I ordered a cup of flat white here and as a coffee house, their coffee does not disappoint. :)
I ordered the salmon soba noodles(SGD $17)! A refreshing change from all the pasta, this cafe serves up cold soba noodles al dente style with salmon, marinated shimeji mushrooms, and a runny egg on top. This is definitely one of the healthier choices of food a cafe can offer other than Cafe & Meal Muji at Paragon. They also have Creamy Mushroom on Sourdough (SGD $12), Candied Bacon Buttermilk Waffles (SGD $14), and ATLAS Butterscotch Banana Pancake (SGD$18), just one of many unique dishes food that are different from other cafes.
I also went back to the Atlas coffeehouse for lunch, This was after my second last exam. Here is the Barista breakfast! 2 espresso shot is everything for students like me.. Kept me awake till late at night. Just what I needed! Now that exams are over~ I should cut down on coffee. ๐
Farmers pasta and barista breakfast coffee at atlas coffeehouse. This consists of spaghetti with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, basil, and shimeji mushrooms and is also so so yummy.
This is the summer chicken stew. Look at that ๐!!! Very tender. It’s served with herbed potatoes and carrots in a sun-dried tomato cream broth with dipping sourdough. This is nothing like tomato cream broth though. ๐ Look At that freaking thick layer of oil on top. Didn’t dare to drink that. ๐ง๐ฎ๐จ
Chai Latte was nice. We could smell it when it was served. Fragrant and creamy.

What's brunch without a breakfast set. tbh, the scrambled eggs could be more creamy, but what's good about this set was the butter and mascarpone. Spread them on the sourdough and enjoy~

There was a generous amount of bacon and shimeji in this. Was decent and not cloying.
