REVIEW: Les Ristrettos at Novena Medical Centre

This cafe is hidden at Level 8 of Novena Medical Centre. I mean you won't know about this cafe unless you did some research on cafes in Novena or you're there to see a specialist doctor? Right?

I left early from work for my medical appointment so I came here for lunch after heading back home. Still have to go to school at night. #sad

They have limited indoor seating so I chosen to sit outside. Don't worry as the seating outside is sheltered! Still feel the heat though!

I ordered a cafe mocha and it comes with this beautiful art design! Really good to enjoy a cup of nice and strong coffee on a lovely afternoon. The coffee is strong yet blends well with the chocolate.

Address: 10 Sinaran Drive #08-37 Novena Medical Centre Singapore 307506
Opening Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm
Sat 8am - 2pm
Closed on Sunday

I also ordered their carbonara! It comes with capsicum, bacon, tomatoes, onion and an abundance of creamy sauce. Not very into this as i don't eat half of the extra ingredients that's in the dish.

Taking flat lay pictures is very in trend nowadays so here's my food in #flatlay style! Would love to be back to try out other food~

REVIEW: The Daily Press (2ND VISIT)

One of my favorite place for breakfast! Not only is it near my place but there's always seats available(not that there's not much business). Have been wanting to try their pasta main dishes ever since it was introduced! Their pasta has a bit of Asian flavor mixed into it!

You can visit daily press here:
Address: 126 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh, 310126
Opening Hours: 10.30am - 9.30pm everyday

Here's a picture of our coffees! Very perfect heart shape latte art here!

Here's my beef ragu pasta! Ordered this more than once because i love it! The beef was really tender and yummy! It's cooked with tomato and vegetable stew , the white stuff on top is Parmesan. Pasta was al dente too! :)

New purple flowers with my coffee!

Roasted Zucchini pasta! Roasted zucchini and feta pasta topped with fried quinoa, sumac and mint leaves. I normally don't eat zucchini but this was yummy! Pasta was al dente too. Very satisfied with their pasta dishes so far. They should introduce more kinds of pasta. :)

Bonus picture of Yogurt from Frozen By A Thousand Blessings because they're neighbors! Good to have a cup of yogurt to help digest those pasta!
