REVIEW: Good Cafe in Tokyo: Fab Cafe at Shibuya, Tokyo

FabCafe happened to be conveniently close to my hotel, the Shibuya Granbell Hotel, by the way, which I found to be a fantastic and well-maintained accommodation situated very close to the train station. Given its proximity, I decided to pop in for breakfast. I had been searching for appealing cafes with intricate latte art, and that's when I stumbled upon this gem known for its unique marshmallow latte.

The café itself was spacious and pleasantly quiet, typical of a weekday morning.

Just look at my marshmallow latte! Isn't it adorable? It almost resembles a ghost, amusingly enough. The marshmallow itself was quite sizable, akin to an iceberg adrift in Antarctica, and it imparted a delightful sweetness to the latte, which was quite refreshing.

Accompanying my latte was a smoked salmon with cream cheese bagel—a generous portion of salmon, though it may not be evident from the picture. The combination of flavors worked harmoniously, with the creamy cream cheese complementing the savory salmon perfectly. The bagel, as expected, wasn't overly firm. Overall, it made for a delicious breakfast, setting the stage for a wonderful day ahead in Tokyo.
