Day 3 of 7 in Tokyo, Japan (Shibuya - Akihabara - Yushima)

Went to cafe de crie at shibuya for breakfast on my third day. Cafe de crie is sort of like my life saver back in December! I remembered i almost ran out of battery on my phone and i was so dependent on google map on my first trip, and seeing those power points there really saved me. lol Also i was there for a hot cup of coffee when it was freezing cold back in December. XD Okay exaggerating abit but this cafe is so awesome! The outlet at shibuya is quite big compared to the one in ebisu and shinjuku.

A cup of latte to start my day! :)

They call this Neapolitan pasta in japan. It's basically pasta in tomato sauce and its so yummy!! They also sell other kind of pastas and sandwiches too.

Close up!

 Random Yuko spotted!! *__*

After that I went to Akihabara for some shopping!! Bought some kawaii stuffs from here! :)
There are 2 akb shop in between the cafe selling akb48 merchandise.

My purpose here this year is not only to visit the akb shop but also to visit 2 established Confucian temple. As a student, i felt that i had to visit these. lol I also prayed at Meiji shrine for my studies before and gotten 3 B and 1 C for last semester, It's better to believe than to disbelieve.

Here's the first one. Yushima Seido Shrine.

Yushima Seidō (湯島聖堂?, literally "Sacred Hall in Yushima"), located in the Yushima neighbourhood of Bunkyō, Tokyo, Japan, was established as aConfucian temple in the Genroku era of the Edo period (end of the 17th century). Along with the nearby Yushima Tenman-gū, the Yushima Seidō is a mecca for students praying for success in their examinations.

It's a really quiet shrine but there's many mosquitoes here!!!  Guess not many people are praying for academic success?

Did not write one of this! Just prayed only.

It is not complete without a statue of Confucius himself!!!

If you're here in the region, why not stop by Mijinco Coffee. Not sure if it's famous, but they have awesome coffee! And they have power points here so you can recharge your phone while taking a break!

Here's my yummy handmade sandwich with curry fillings and potato salad with a cup of mocha! Look at the swirling heart coffee art! So pretty, isn't it?

Generous amount of curry sandwiched between crispy toasts!

Reaching the next shrine soon! Here's a creepy looking apartment....

Weather was not very nice to me that day. It drizzled right after i stepped out from mijinco coffee. :(

At last i reached my final stop in  yushima.

Yushima Tenman-gū Shrine (湯島天満宮) is a Shinto shrine in Tokyo, Japan devoted to Tenjin, the Kami of Learning. It is located in the Bunkyo ward of Tokyo, not far from the University of Tokyo, and is a frequent site of prospective students hoping to pass the entrance exams there in April. They also sell Yushima Tenjin 'School Backpack Amulet' one of a kind amulet here!!

Have to walk through this ring thingy here.

Pray that my results keep getting better!!!

Wanted to snap what's inside but too dark....

Very steep entrance......

Not sure why there's a statue of a cow here...

Pretty garden right in the shrine.. though it has been cordoned off. can only admire from afar. >.>

Went back hotel for a break after this!! 7 days is really alot for my second trip!!

There's a hoshino coffee outlet right outside my hotel! So here's my late lunch!

This is tomato cream omu rice with shrimp, mozzarella and broccoli. Super yummy!! The sauce really complimented the omu rice. Mix everything up and savor!

Saw nicole at tatsuya!! Hope her new single sells well. :)

Went to gomenya-goemon for dinner finally!
